The Hoosier Heartland Small Business Development Center and KeyBank's Key4Women Program sponsor these monthly round table sessions to assist women business owners and business managers.
On August 26th, the topic is Time Managment. Everyone wants to make the most of their time. Time is a unique and precious resource that you need in order to do your work, accomplish your goals, spend time with your loved ones, and enjoy everything that life has to offer. Perhaps you have a heavy workload and want to find ways to become more effective so you can get more done in less time. Maybe you feel overwhelmed or “stressed out” and want to find ways to do less and enjoy more. Or maybe you simply want to feel more focused and in control of your time, instead of feeling like you rush madly from one activity to the next until you fall into bed exhausted every night. In this seminar, we will discuss different resources, ideas and suggestions to help you improve your time management skills, increase your productivity and make much better use of your time.
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. You may pre-register for the July 29th session by calling (866) 961-7232 or by visiting this link. You may also pre-register for the August 26th workshop by calling (866) 961-7232 or by visiting this link.

Echelon Roundtable
The Echelon Program is specifically for entrepreneurs that want to take their business to the next level. The purpose of the program is to put in place a mechanism to cultivate (systematically develop) entrepreneurial talent in a structured environment. This group produces highly skilled entrepreneurs capable of using that assistance effectively to build and/or operate companies.
Educational programs are delivered and discussed in the team environment where the entrepreneur will also be able to share ideas, pool resources, and offer moral support to enhance learning and improving entrepreneurial skills.
An individualized ‘game plan’ is developed for each entrepreneur to help them focus their energy on meeting specific goals. Informational/professional resources, consulting services and/or participating service providers are coordinated and integrated into the program to provide additional assistance to entrepreneurs.
For more information on the Echelon Program, please contact Kathy Rogers at karogers@isbdc.org or call 765-454-7922.
